Parity Group plc ('Parity' or 'the Group'), the IT services group, announces
that today Rick Bacon has stepped down from the Board of Parity to undertake
the role of Managing Director, Resourcing Solutions, following the impending
departure of the executive who held this non-Board position. Rick will continue
to be a member of the Executive Committee.
