Board Change
Parity Group plc ('Parity'), the IT services group, announces that Bill
Cockburn's three year appointment as Non-executive Chairman comes to an end on
23 May 2004. Mr Cockburn has accepted the Board's request to lead the process
for appointing his successor and to continue as Chairman until that time, in
order to ensure a smooth transition.
Bill Cockburn, said:
'I have greatly enjoyed being Chairman of Parity and my warmest thanks go to
the Board and the Parity team for their dedication and support.'
Ian Miller, Chief Executive said
'Bill has made a valuable contribution to Parity during his tenure, not least
in helping steer the Board through the recent IT recession and through a
successful rights issue. We wish him well in his other corporate interests and
public duties.'

1. Deputy Chairman and Senior Non Executive Director of AWG plc
2. Deputy Chairman of Business Post Group and Chairman of its UK mail
subsidiary which will shortly be launching a national mail service
following its recent landmark access agreement with Royal Mail.
3. Chairman of the School Teachers Review Body for England and Wales.
