Parity announces agreement with Chimes Inc. worth approximately £15 million per
                                     annum                                     

ParityGroup plc ('Parity'), the international IT services group, announces an
agreement, subject to contract, with ChimesInc. ('Chimes'), the US provider of
workforce procurement and vendor management services to Global 1,000
companies.  Chimes currently has over 82,000 users in its installed global
client base.

Under the agreement, Parity's Resourcing Solutions division will act as the
sole recommended provider of vendor management solutions for permanent and
temporary staff to Chimes' existing and prospective customers across Europe. 
The agreement includes the assignment to Parity of Chimes' existing European
management contractswhich had a value in 2002 in excess of £15m.

The service that Parity will provide through the Chimes system is designed to
help companies manage more effectively the procurement of temporaryand
permanent staff and to drive costs out of the recruitment supply chain.  In
addition, Parity will continue to ensure that these companies are compliant
with relevant employment legislation across Europe.
