Pendragon PLC ("the Company")
In view of the FSA's recent statement on the granting of security by persons
discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons, the
Company makes the following announcement:-
1. Hilary Sykes, a director of the Company, and her connected person David
William Disney have on dates between 26 April 2006 and 31 October 2008 granted
security over a total of 1,833,068 Shares owned by them respectively to secure
a loan facility granted to her. The facility and security remain in place.
2. On 25 March 2003, Rother House Finance Limited, a connected person of Sir
Nigel Rudd, a director of the company, granted security over 7,400,000 Shares
owned by it to secure an overdraft facility granted to it. The facility ceased
and the security was released on 21 January 2009.
