Director/PDMR Shareholding

December 2007. The heading of "Notifiable Interest" has been amended to
"Director's Shareholding" and the price paid for the shares being 8p has now
been included.

The Company received notification today that, following a purchase on 19
December 2007 of 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 8p, representing 0.22
per cent. of the issued voting share capital of PipeHawk, Randal McDonnell,
non-executive director of the Company, holds 789,216 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 2.93 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
