The Company received notification on 19 November 2007 that, following a
purchase on 15 November 2007 of 522,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 1.94 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of PipeHawk,
Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited holds 947,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 3.52 per cent. of the issued voting share capital
of the Company.
