        Availability of Report & Financial Statements and Notice of AGM        

Further to the final results announcement made on 5 November 2013, PipeHawk
announces that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for
the year ended 30 June 2013 has been posted to shareholders and is available to
download from the Company's website www.pipehawk.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of
which accompanies the annual report and financial statements, will be held on
12 December 2013.
