Result of Annual General Meeting & Shareholder Update

PowerHouse held its Annual General Meeting today at the offices of Allenby.  All resolutions were passed by shareholders.  

Additionally, the Company announced that all major components of the G3-UHt System, have now been successfully commissioned in Australia.  Testing and tuning  of the unit will continue on a variety of feedstock materials (PVC, shredded tyres) over the coming weeks leading to additional public demonstrations of the facility in Brisbane in mid-January, 2016.

Demonstrations and evaluations of the System have been held for local members of the Australian Government with commercial demonstrations to be held in the near future.  Early contract negotiations have begun in earnest with several interested parties in both Australia, Thailand, and Slovakia with others eager to see the unit in operation.
