The circular to shareholders issued on 22 November 2010 concerning proposals to
issue new shares in Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC in connection with the
proposed scheme of reconstruction of Premier Renewable Energy Fund Limited,
stated that it was intended to declare the fourth interim dividend for the year
ending 31 December 2010 prior to the issue of any new shares.
Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC therefore announces that the fourth and

the close of business on 10 December 2010. The ordinary shares will be marked
ex-dividend on 8 December 2010. This will result in a total dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2010 of 8.1p per share which represents an increase of
5.2% compared to the 7.70p per share paid for the year ended 31 December 2009
(excluding the special dividend of 1.7p paid in 2009).
