Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC
Reorganisation of Management Team
The Board of Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC (PEWT) has been informed by the
Investment Manager, Premier Fund Managers Limited (Premier), that one of the
team who has been involved with the management of PEWT's portfolio, Kevin
Scutt, is leaving Premier. The Board has also been informed that following a
reorganisation of Premier's fund management team, PEWT's portfolio is now being
managed within the Global Equities team by Andrew Whalley and Claire Burgess
who are backed by the team's resources including chief investment officer Mike
Jennings and senior manager Jake Robbins. Premier consider that the
increasingly international content of PEWT's portfolio will benefit from closer
involvement with Premier's other global equity managers.
The Directors have reviewed these arrangements and are satisfied with the
resources that Premier has in place for the management of the PEWT's
investments
