Premier Utilities Trust PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Premier Utilities Trust PLC (the "Company"), would like to notify the market of
the following:
At 20 December 2006 the Company's capital consisted of:
18,143,433 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights; and
19,143,433 zero dividend preference shares of 1p each with voting rights.
At 20 December 2006 the Company held no ordinary shares or zero dividend
preference shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number shares with voting rights at 20 December 2006 is
18,143,433 ordinary shares and 19,143,433 zero dividend preference shares.
The above figures of 18,143,433 ordinary shares and 19,143,143 zero dividend
preference shares may be used by shareholders as the denominators by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest or interests in
the Company, or change of their interest or interests in the Company, under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The total number of voting shares in issue at 20 December 2006 is 37,286,866
shares.
