In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Queen's Walk Investment Limited
announces that it was notified by Mr Tom Chandos on 20 December 2006 that, in
addition to his existing role as a Director and Chairman of Queen's Walk
Investment Limited, he has been appointed as a Director and Chairman of Invista
European Real Estate Trust SICAF, which was admitted today for trading on the
London Stock Exchange.
