ANTICIPATED COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF
BOOTS HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL
Reckitt Benckiser plc (RB.L) today announced that the proposed acquisition of
Boots Healthcare International (BHI) is anticipated to complete at the end of
January 2006.
The EU competition authority gave unconditional clearance to the proposed
acquisition last week (announced on Friday 6th January). This follows similar
clearances in the USA and Australia amongst other jurisdictions.
