PRESS RELEASE 24 January 2013 DIRECTORATE CHANGE Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) today announces that the Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee of the Nokia Board has proposed that Liz Doherty, currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RB, be elected as a member of the Nokia Board. The appointment is subject to approval by Nokia shareholders at their Annual General Meeting which is to be held on 7 May 2013. As previously announced, Liz will shortly be stepping down as CFO of RB but will remain with the business until March 2013 to ensure a smooth transition to Adrian Hennah who joined RB this month as CFO Designate.
