Executive Committee Change
EVP RUMEA
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) announces that Salvatore Caizzone, Executive
Vice President (EVP) for the Russia, Middle East and Africa area (RUMEA), and a
member of the executive committee, will step down from the position on 1 June
2013. Frederic Larmuseau, RB's Senior Vice President North America, will
succeed him in the role and will join the executive committee, effective 1 June
2013.
Frederic Larmuseau, who is Belgian, has been with the company for 12 years,
during which time he has held a range of marketing and general management roles
in East Asia, Latin America, North America and at RB's global headquarters in
the UK. Most recently he has held the post of Senior Vice President North
America region. Salvatore Caizzone will stay on at RB for a period to ensure a
smooth transition of area leadership to Frederic Larmuseau.
Rakesh Kapoor, Chief Executive, said, "The Board and I thank Salvatore
immensely for his many contributions to RB's success during his 17 years with
the Company and wish him every success for the future. I am pleased to welcome
Frederic Larmuseau onto the executive committee. He has the ability and
experience to lead this important emerging markets area of the business to yet
