DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 29 June 2010, Rightmove plc (the "Company"), received notification from
Ed Williams, the Managing Director of Rightmove.co.uk (the UK's number 1
property website), that on 28 June 2010, his wife Joanna Barkwill purchased
75,964 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("ordinary shares") at an
average price of 653.6241p per share. The number of ordinary shares purchased
represented 0.07% of the ordinary shares in issue (less shares held in
treasury) prior to such purchase.
Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Ed Williams is
1,347,891 ordinary shares representing 1.18% of the ordinary shares in issue
(excluding shares held in treasury). Ed Williams also holds executive and
Sharesave options over 2,194,345 ordinary shares and deferred share awards over
39,205 ordinary shares.
