Director resignation
Rightmove plc, the UK's no. 1 property search website, announces that Stephen
Shipperley has resigned from his role as a non-executive director of the
Company and will step down from the Board on 31 December 2010.
As Group Executive Chairman of Connells Limited, Stephen co-founded Rightmove
in 2000 and has served as a non-executive director of Rightmove for the last
ten years.
Rightmove Chairman Scott Forbes said, "Stephen Shipperley has been an integral
member of Rightmove's Board since the formation of the business. We have been
privileged to benefit from his property industry and business insights".
Stephen Shipperley said, "It has been both a pleasure and a privilege to have
contributed to such an outstanding success story".
This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
