                               Director Changes                                

Rightmove plc, the UK's largest property portal, announces that Jonathan Agnew
and Judy Vezmar have given notice that, having completed three terms of three
years as non-executive directors of the Company, they will not stand for
re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2015 and will
therefore leave the Board after this Annual General Meeting.

Jonathan Agnew also steps down as Senior Independent Director with effect from
7 May 2015 and Peter Williams will succeed Jonathan Agnew as Senior Independent
Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from that date.

Rightmove Chairman Scott Forbes said, "The Board is grateful for the
significant contributions made by both Jonathan and Judy, beginning with our
initial public offering of shares in March 2006 and during the continued
migration from print to online advertising in the years thereafter. We also
appreciate their guidance and support to our Board and to our most recently
appointed non-executive directors, Peter Williams and Rakhi Parekh, during an
overlapping transition period in 2014. We believe the Board is well positioned
over the coming years to support Rightmove as it continues to enhance its
digital, mobile and consumer propositions."
