Rightmove plc - Transaction in own shares
Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces that on
8 June 2007, it purchased 172,826 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volume
weighted average price paid per share of £6.054p. The highest price paid per
share was £6.055p and the lowest price paid per share was £6.0475 p. Rightmove
purchased these shares via UBS Limited.
Rightmove has purchased, to date, 172,826 of its own shares since announcing a
share buy-back programme on 8 June 2007. The shares purchased have been
transferred into treasury. Following the above purchase, Rightmove holds
172,826 shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) at the
date of this announcement is 132,485,192.
