NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company was yesterday informed that Peter Lobbenberg, together with his
family, yesterday acquired a beneficial interest in 12,850,000 ordinary shares
of 0.5p in the Company. This represents 3.1% of the issued share capital of the
Company after excluding shares held in Treasury.
