Reduction of Share Premium Account
SPARK Ventures plc ('SPARK') announces that it received confirmation from the
Registrar of Companies on 24 March 2009 of the registration of the Court Order
confirming the reduction of SPARK's share premium account by £13.207m as
approved by SPARK's shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 6
November 2008 ('AGM').
This reduction in SPARK's share premium account now permits SPARK to pay
dividends or undertake share buy-backs in accordance with the authority granted
at the AGM, subject to the discretion of the Board and market conditions at the
time.
