ROLLS-ROYCE PLC LONG TERM RATINGS RAISED TO A3 BY MOODY'S
Moody's Investors Service has confirmed that it has raised its long term debt
ratings of Rolls-Royce plc senior unsecured debt to A3 from Baa1. The rating
outlook is stable.
The agency stated: `The upgrade reflects the company's favourable operating
trends with improving earnings and cash flow, its size and global presence, and
the revenue and cash flow visibility provided by a large backlog, diverse
customer base, and high barriers to entry'.
