Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting 2010
Further to the announcement on 25 February 2010 by SEGRO plc (the "Company") of
its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2009 (the "Preliminary
Announcement"), the Company today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts
and Notice of Meeting 2010 have now been published and are available to view
and to download on the SEGRO plc website:
http://www.SEGRO.com
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting, along with
Forms of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), have been sent to
Shareholders and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document
Viewing Facility at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade,
Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
Copies of the proposed New Articles of Association are available for inspection
during normal office hours at the Company's registered office, 234 Bath Road,
Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4EE.
The latest time for receipt of Forms of Proxy from Shareholders is 11.00 a.m.
on Tuesday 27 April, with the SEGRO plc AGM being held at 11.00 a.m. on
Thursday 29 April 2010 at The Congress Centre, 23-28 Great Russell Street
London WC1B 3LS.
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, additional
information, including certain information in the SEGRO plc Annual Financial
Report for year ended 31 December 2009 (the Annual Report) is set out below.
Additional Information
The Preliminary Announcement includes a condensed set of financial statements.
Audited financial statements for 2009 are contained in the Annual Report. The
Independent auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements is set
out in full on page 80 of the Annual Report. The Independent auditor's report
was unqualified and does not contain any statements under section 498(2) or
section 498(3) of the Companies Act 2006.
