Appointment of Secretary

The Board of SEGRO plc is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Blease has been
appointed Company Secretary of SEGRO plc with effect from today's date.
Elizabeth has been appointed to replace John Probert, who has stepped down from
the role following eighteen years' service.
