On 13 May 2010, the following Directors and PDMRs were awarded £3,000 worth of
free shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The SIP is an
all-employee HMRC approved share plan. The share price used to calculate the
number of shares awarded was 284.60p. This price is the average of the closing
middle market price for the five days preceding the date of award.

The table below shows number of shares acquired under the SIP and the new
