Transaction in Own Shares

SEGRO PLC

On 30 June 2008 the independent trustee of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit
Trust (the "Trust") awarded 1,376,092 Ordinary Shares in SEGRO plc at a price
per share of £3.935. The Trust is a discretionary trust for the benefit of
employees and former employees (and, in each case, their families) of SEGRO plc
and its subsidiaries.
