Further to the announcement made on 1 July with regard the SEGRO plc Employees'
Benefit Trust Award please ignore that announcement and replace with the
announcement below.
The company confirms below the individual award of ordinary shares in SEGRO plc
at a price of £3.935. The Trust is a discretionary trust for the benefit of
employees and former employees (and, in each case, their families) of SEGRO plc
and its subsidiaries.
