Serco Group plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding
Serco Group plc announces today that on 28 February, 2008 Kevin Beeston,
non-executive Chairman, and persons connected with him (as defined under
section 346 of the Companies Act 1985) sold 38,218 ordinary shares in the
Company at 451 pence per share and 160,617 shares at 446.19 pence per share. Of
the shares sold, 68,922 shares arose from the exercise on 28 February, 2008 of
options granted to him under the Company's 1998 Executive Option Plan.
The sale is to raise funds to facilitate an investment in a private company of
which he has recently become Chairman. Following the sale, he has interests
through the Company's share-based incentive schemes in a further 2,022,488
shares. He and persons connected with him also hold 100,000 ordinary shares in
the Company.
The sale took place on the London market.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under D3.1.2R and DR3.1.4(1)
(a)R.
