Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc was notified on 12 March 2008 by Margaret, Baroness Ford of
Cunninghame, a non-executive director, that on 7th March 2008 she acquired a
total of 1,138 Serco Ordinary Shares at price of £4.35 per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
