Serco Group plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 5 May 2009 Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 1 May 2009,
Christopher Hyman, Chief Executive, received at nil cost 17,749 ordinary shares
in the Company following the vesting, on 22 March 2009, of his matching share
award under the 2003 Deferred Bonus Scheme. In satisfaction of his tax and
social security liability on the receipt of these shares, on 1 May 2009 he sold
in the London market 7,079 ordinary shares in the Company at 367 pence per
share. The retained balance of his matching share award (10,670 shares) was
transferred to his wife, along with the 17,749 shares purchased at the time of
the award, increasing his interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company
to 177,110 shares. He also has an interest through the Company's share-based
incentive schemes in a further 2,399,502 shares in the Company.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
