Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc was notified today by Dr DeAnne Julius, a non-executive
director, that on 11 June 2007 she acquired 8750 Serco Ordinary Shares at
459.6478 pence per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DTR 3.1.2R and DTR
3.1.4 (1)R.
