Filing of ITNET plc 2004 Accounts
Serco Group plc ('Serco') has filed the 2004 accounts for ITNET plc ('ITNET').
Serco acquired ITNET in February 2005.
ITNET's results for 2004 reflect the amicable settlement of the dispute with
the UK Government's Cabinet Office, arising from the termination of a Data
Centre Hosting and Managed Services contract.
Copies of ITNET's 2004 accounts can be obtained from Companies House.

In February 2005 Serco acquired ITNET, a leading IT, business consulting and
business process outsourcing company. ITNET was rebranded Serco Solutions in
May 2005.
