Retirement of Non Executive Director
Serco Group plc (the "Company") confirms that Leonard Broese van Groenou will
retire from the Board at the end of the Company's annual general meeting on 14
May 2012; as noted in the Company's announcement made on 28 March 2011 Angie
Risley will succeed Leonard as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee
from the date of his retirement.
Commenting on Leonard's retirement, Alastair Lyons, Chairman, Serco Group plc,
said: "I would like to thank Leonard for the contribution that he has made to
Serco over the six years he has been on the Board and for his commitment to,
and enthusiasm for, our business."
