Paul Brooks
With great sadness the Board of Serco Group plc today announces the death of
non-executive director Paul Brooks. As announced earlier today by Experian plc
where he was Chief Financial Officer, Paul died suddenly this weekend at his
home in California.
Serco Group Chairman Alastair Lyons said: "Paul joined the Serco Group Board
just one year ago and immediately became a much valued colleague. He will be
greatly missed by all of us and our sincerest condolences are with Paul's
family."
