(TSX: SDM, AIM: SRE;) today announced that, in light of the press release made
today by Mwana Africa PLC, announcing their intention to make an offer for all
of the outstanding common shares of the Company in exchange for shares of
Mwana Africa PLC, Canaccord Adams Limited has resigned as nominated adviser
and broker to SouthernEra, effective immediately, as required under Rule 22 of
the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.
