St Ives plc - Additional listing
Further to the announcement on 29 February 2012 relating to the acquisition of
Incite Marketing Planning Limited, St Ives plc ("the Company") has applied to
the Financial Conduct Authority for a listing for 403,022 ordinary shares of 10
pence each and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to
trading on the main market for listed securities.
These shares have been issued pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement
between
the Company and the vendors of Incite Marketing Planning Limited and rank pari
passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will be granted and trading will commence on 26
June 2013.
