Further to the announcement on 27 March 2013 of Mr Tony Stuart's resignation
from the Company, the board is pleased to announce that Helen Stevenson has
been appointed to succeed him as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with
effect from 1 July 2013.

Helen has served as an independent non-executive director since 1 May 2012.
