                              Additional Listing                               

Sopheon plc announces that it has issued 56,250 ordinary shares in connection
with the exercise of employee share options, at exercise prices of 14.75p and
16.25p. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 April 2006.
