Acquisition of shares in the Company.

The Company was informed by the individual below of the transaction on 12 December 2011.  

Mr Clive Graeme Watson.

Acquisition of 23 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 1221.698 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Watson's total holding in shares of the Company is 52,719, 
representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.
