2013.  

Ms Martha Wyrsch.

Acquisition of 3,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of £20.29 pence per
share.

Following this transaction Ms Wyrsch's total holding in shares of the Company
is 3,000, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.
