DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or "the Company") are
pleased to announce that Richard Hurd has joined the Board of Directors of the
Company as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Hurd, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers,
joined SRT as Group Financial Controller in January 2009.

Richard Brian Hurd aged 38 has confirmed that there is no further information
to be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Schedule Two (g) of the
AIM Rules.
