DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Software Radio Technology plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Nick Jolliffe as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant with a consulting and private equity background
including a specific focus on the technology sector. The Board believes the
appointment of Nick as an independent non-executive director will further
assist the Company in achieving its objectives.
