By a notice dated 30 August 2006, Software Radio Technology plc (the "Company")
was informed on 31 August 2006 that, following a purchase of 250,000 ordinary
shares at 54.125p on 24 August 2006, Gartmore Investments Limited ("GIL"),
Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP")
(together "Gartmore") have increased their reportable interest in the share
capital of the Company.
