By a notice dated 6 February 2006, Software Radio Technology plc (the
"Company") was informed on 8 February 2006 that, following the purchase of
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company at 44p on 2 February 2006,
Gartmore Investments Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM")
and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") (together "Gartmore") have a reportable
interest in the share capital of the Company.
