HOLDING IN COMPANY
By a notice dated 17 March 2006, Software Radio Technology plc (the "Company")
was informed on 21 March 2006 that, following the purchases of 509,054 ordinary
shares at 47p on 15 March 2006 and of 430,000 ordinary shares at 51p on 16
March 2006, Gartmore Investments Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") (together "Gartmore") have
increased their reportable interest in the share capital of the Company.
