RESULT OF EGM
The Directors of SRT, the AIM-quoted provider of TETRA and AIS solutions to the
communications and homeland security markets, are pleased to announce that at
the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today (the "EGM") the
resolutions were duly passed.
The EGM was convened in connection with the placing of 9,042,552 new ordinary
shares at 47p (the "Placing Shares") to raise £4,250,000, which was announced
on 25 May 2006.
Having also received confirmation from the HM Revenue & Customs that the
Placing Shares will be a qualifying holding for the taxation advantages offered
under HM Revenue & Customs' Venture Capital Trust scheme, the Placing Shares
have today been issued and allotted subject only to their admission to trading
on AIM, which is expected to take place on 20 June 2006.
