Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company")
Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1p of SRT in issue
as at the date of this notice is 89,000,892 with each share carrying the right
to one vote.
There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 89,000,892
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, SRT, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
In addition to the ordinary shares, there are 11,202,850 quoted warrants
exercisable at 40p before 2 November 2007.
