US$480,000 AIS Class A Order Received
Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce
that it has received a new order worth US$480,000 for its recently launched AIS
Class A transceiver, together with the required advanced order confirmation
payment.
SRT commenced production of its new AIS Class A Transceiver product line in May
2010. This order is a follow-on order from the customer which has already taken
delivery of units and will be fulfilled prior to 30 September 2010.
Neil Peniket, SRT's COO said: "This is a new product for SRT and whilst we are
confident that it is competitive, follow-on orders from existing customers
demonstrate satisfaction in the market. Our challenge is to ensure that we
continue to ramp up manufacturing capability in a controlled manner to satisfy
demand from our customers."
