("Silentpoint" or "the Company")
Directors' shareholding
The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Haresh Kanabar,
chairman of the Company, purchased on 20 April 2006 337,500 ordinary shares of
2p each at 8p per share, representing 1.99 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. Mr Kanabar now holds 662,500 ordinary shares in
Silentpoint representing 3.90 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
In addition Smit Berry, chief executive of the Company, also purchased
yesterday 150,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at 8p per share, representing 0.88
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Berry now holds
3,449,999 ordinary shares in Silentpoint representing 20.32 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
