Tigue, a Director, has informed the Company that with effect from 30 September
2014 he became a director of The Monks Investment Trust PLC and with effect
from 1 October 2014 he became a director of Standard Life Equity Income Trust
PLC, each company having been admitted to the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange, respectively.
